This cutie was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed during our first session and for most of the second. He’s learned early that there is lots going on in this world and he just couldn’t stand the thought of missing something! He was still soo sweet though. I love photographing newborns. Their smell, their touch, their sweet noises. It truly is the perfect job. I get to love on precious miracles, then I get to go home and get a full night’s sleep. Well, that’s what I would get to do if I didn’t also have to study! Which, is why this sneak peak is running a big late! I hope you guys enjoy and I’ll be in contact with you very soon to give you gallery details!! Thanks for allowing me to capture such a precious part of your life!!

This sweet girl was just a mere 2 days new when I got to photograph her and she was a dream baby. Barely made a fuss and not a mess one on my blankets! If all newborns were this easy, I’d shot them every day! I know her mama and daddy are anxious to see a few shots, so I better get to it. I’m on my way out the door to another shoot, but will try to have more up later on! I hope you guys enjoy. She truly was a doll - Congratulations!!

It seems like just a few months ago Jenn and I were out shopping for maternity clothes together and now, both our babies are ONE! The Madeline’s are just 2 months and 1 letter apart - the birthday girl is spelled Madeleine. I was able to put down my books for a few hours on Sunday and go to her first birthday party! Her mom and dad made a fabulous ladybug cake and had some burgers and hotdogs, what else is better on a first birthday? Ms. Madeleine dove right into that cake and it didn’t take long before she had it in her hair, her eyes, ears and nose! There was no stopping that sugarholic! Isn’t she the cutest?! Those red curls are adorable! Anyway, just wanted to take another study break and show off the birthday girl and to let people know that, yes, I am still alive (well, I’m breathing, but I sure feel dead! Nursing school is EXHAUSTING!!) Michael and Jenn, thanks for having us over! It was great to see you guys again!

I hope school is going good for you and you are enjoying your new redone home! Do you have any recommendations on a Nikon telephoto lens? I am looking at a Sigma 28-300 F3.5 lens but it is hard to fork out that money unless you know it will be decent! :D Can't wait for more of your pictures! You are so amazing!

Our dear friends welcomed baby girl #3 into their family early this morning. The original plan was for me to photograph the birth but God had other plans! This little gal made her arrival shortly before 5AM, and Mike & I both slept through the phone calls! It ended up okay though as Ms. Susie had a rough labor. Mike and stopped by for a quick minute this afternoon to take a peek at the sweet girl and give our congratulations! Mom, Daddy, and Chloe are doing very well! She’s an absolute doll and I cannot lie - I was jealous that it wasn’t my baby laying there! I’ve got to get done with nursing school ASAP - I know I want another sweet baby! I cannot wait to get my hands on Miss Chloe this weekend for our formal session - brand new babe make my heart sing! Until then, here are a few pictures just to show this beauty off. To the Lee Family - We love you guys dearly and we are absolutely thrilled for you! And Robert, at least you have the photographer part of three weddings covered :)

This little guy wasn’t so little! But he sure was cute! (yes, you can say that boy are cute, especially when they are babies!) Just look at those lips, aren’t they perfect! Women pay big money to have plump lips like those and he was born with it naturally, lucky guy! Mom and Dad, thank you for allowing me into your home to capture your precious family! I hope you both are getting some rest! I will send you an email when Peyton’s gallery is completed. Enjoy your sneak peek!

She was a wiggle worm for our session and I have no doubt that when she learns to crawl, she’ll keep her mom and dad busy! She is very alert and curious about her world! Thank you guys so much for allowing me in your home again to photograph Miss Madison. She’s a doll and I look forward to seeing you again in a few months! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Madeline is finally getting some teeth in! For the longest time she only had her bottom two. Then her two eye teeth came in on top. We got the biggest kick of her looking like a vampire baby!! I had wanted to take her out for a vamper session but a nasty stomach bug threw our schedule off and before I knew it, the center top teeth popped out! Bummer. Oh well, she’s still cute! We went to the park today and while big brother was playing I took advantage of the beautiful light and let my camera play with Madeline Aiden was too busy playing to pay attention to us, so there weren’t any distractions. She didn’t disappoint me! I love my baby girl!!
